How to Fix Logs Not Uploading on AnyControl Dashboard

No logs on your dashboard? Logging is stopped and you cannot see updates? Here is how to fix the no logs uploaded issue for AnyControl. 

Let us check some common issues, reasons and solutions to resolve them.

No logs generated or all logs stopped uploading 

Keep in mind that once you have installed and set up the application on your target device you should wait for almost 15 minutes for the logs to be uploaded on your dashboard. So if you just installed the app you need to be patient and wait till the logs are uploaded.

Otherwise the potential reasons might be:

 

❌ Security apps or settings stopped AnyControl on the target device.

 

❌ Battery optimization is enabled.

❌ The target device is not connected to Internet or background Internet is restricted.

2. Follow the installation wizard to configure the settings.

No Logs from Messengers or Incomplete Chat Logs

If you cannot see social media apps and messengers logs on your panel, you have not completed the configuration correctly. This happens when some settings are not enabled including:

 

❌ Message Preview

 

❌ Notification Access

 

❌ Accessibility Access

 

🟢How to fix:

 

1. Dial the PIN *License# on your target device to open AnyControl app.

2. Follow the Wizard to Enable Accessibility and Notification Access.

No logs except Surrounding Voice, GPS and SMS

When the target device screen is off or the device is in standby/sleep mode, logging may pause temporarily. 

🟢How to fix: You do not need to perform any special action. You should wait for the device to be unlocked. Once the user takes the phone and uses it other logs will be uploaded.

No GPS Logs

Make sure to enable GPS on your target device and set the accuracy to high. Generally GPS logs are not uploading because:

 

❌ Location service or GPS is not enabled in the device settings.

❌ Battery saver is enabled.

🟢 How to fix:

1. On the target device go to Settings > Location and enable GPS.

2. On the target device go to the Settings > Battery and turn off Battery Saver.

No Keystrokes Logs

If the keylogger option does not work the reason is:

❌ Accessibility Access is not enabled.

1. Dial the PIN *License# on your target device to open AnyControl app.

2. Follow the Wizard to Enable Accessibility Access.

No Call Recording / Surroundings Voice

You should grant microphone permission to AnyControl for this feature. So if you cannot find call recordings or surrounding voices it might be due to one of the below reasons:

❌ Microphone permission is not enabled for AnyControl. 

❌ Another app is using Microphone.

 

🟢How to fix: 

1. Go to the target phone Settings > Apps.

2. Find “Settings” > Permissions.

3. Enable Microphone permission.

Can't hear both side's voice in Call recordings

AnyControl offers call recording for both sides. However, some devices and mobile phones don't support call recording of both sides. 

 

❌ Target device is limited by the vendor and only support recording of the voice of one end.

No Screenshots

If you cannot see screenshots in your panel it might be due to two main reasons:

❌ Usage access is not enabled.

❌ Screen capture is not allowed.

 

🟢How to fix: 

1. Dial the PIN *License# on your target device to open AnyControl app.

2. Follow the Wizard to Allow Screen Capture. Make sure to check the option “Do not ask again”.

No Browser Logs

If you do not enable Accessibility for AnyControl, the web history logs will not be uploaded. 

❌ Accessibility Access is not enabled.

2. Follow the Wizard to Enable Accessibility Access.
