By using the AnyControl service (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the service"), you agree to the collection, use, and protection of your information in accordance with this policy. This document also specifies your responsibilities regarding the management of sensitive data collected.

1. Our Role Regarding Data and Your Responsibility
1.1. Role of AnyControl (Processor): AnyControl acts solely as a processor or transmitter of information. We collect data from the target device and securely transfer and store it in your user panel. We do not have direct supervision over the content of messages, calls, or activities within your panel.
1.2. Role of the User (Controller): As the user, you are the main controller of the collected data. This means that the ultimate legal, ethical, and security responsibility for how the data received from the target device is collected, stored, and used (including compliance with privacy laws of monitored individuals) rests entirely with you.
2. Information We Collect
We collect two separate categories of information:
A) Account and Technical Information (collected from the management panel):
This information is necessary for providing services and ensuring system security:
Registration information: Email address (for account creation, communication, and notifications) and license/purchase/payment information (for subscription management and fraud prevention).
Technical and security information: Internet identifier (IP) for approximate geolocation detection, prevention of unauthorized access, and logs related to the browser and operating system.
B) Target Device Information (collected from the AnyControl client):
This information is collected from the device on which you have legally installed the software and is transferred to your panel:
| Data Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Communications | Complete call logs (incoming/outgoing), SMS messages, call recordings. |
| Messengers | Content of conversations and messages sent/received in common messengers (such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram). |
| Location Tracking | Real-time location, history of routes traveled by the device. |
| Device Activity | List of installed and used apps, browsing history, typed phrases (keylogging). |
| Visual Content | Photos taken by the camera, screenshots of the phone screen, and app content. |
| System Information | Contact list, Wi-Fi network connections, device status and identifier. |
3. How Information Is Used and Protected
3.1. Purpose of Use: The information collected is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve AnyControl services, deliver monitoring reports to your panel, and communicate with you for technical support.
3.2. Security and Encryption (Client-side Encryption):
We are committed to maintaining the security of your data.
Information collected from the target device is encrypted with a password chosen by you. Due to this client-side encryption, we are technically unable to decrypt or directly access your private content (such as messages and images).
3.3. Data Retention and Deletion Policy:
Retention by User: Data collected from the target device remains in your panel until you delete it through your management panel.
Deletion by User: If the user requests data deletion through the panel, the data will be logically deleted and become inaccessible. Permanent deletion of the encrypted version will occur automatically within a specified period of 1 to 30 days.
Deletion by System: To preserve server resources and reduce security risks, we periodically (every 1 to 30 days depending on server load) perform final and permanent deletion of removed data. This means that any data deleted by the user will be irreversibly erased from our systems after this period.
4. Data Disclosure and Legal Privacy
4.1. Disclosure to Authorities: In case of a formal and valid request from competent judicial authorities, we may provide limited account information (including email and device identifier). Due to encryption, we are technically unable to provide private content (such as messages, images, etc.) to authorities.
4.2. Negligence in Account Information Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information (email and password). If this information is disclosed due to your negligence, all responsibilities and consequences resulting from unauthorized access to target device data shall rest entirely with you.
4.3. Authorized Use: You are responsible for ensuring that the use of this service is permitted in your country of residence and that you are aware of all applicable legal restrictions regarding monitoring and privacy.
5. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to improve the service or comply with new laws. Any significant changes will be communicated to users through the management panel. Continued use of AnyControl after the changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
6. Acceptance of the Privacy Policy
By using the AnyControl service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Privacy Policy.
